Quick and easy turkey ranch pinwheel wraps made with cream cheese, ranch seasoning, and deli turkey, perfect for lunchboxes or parties. Ready in 5 minutes with no cooking required.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 (10-inch) flour tortillas
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 8 slices deli turkey breast
  • Optional: shredded lettuce
  • Optional: 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Soften the cream cheese by letting it sit at room temperature for 20 minutes or microwaving for 10-15 seconds.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and ranch seasoning mix until smooth.
  3. Lay one tortilla flat on a cutting board. If cold, let it come to room temperature or warm in microwave for 5-10 seconds.
  4. Spread about 2-3 tablespoons of the ranch cream cheese mixture evenly over the entire tortilla, all the way to the edges.
  5. Place 2 slices of deli turkey on the cream cheese, slightly overlapping to cover the surface.
  6. If using, add a thin layer of shredded lettuce and/or shredded cheddar cheese.
  7. Starting at one edge, roll the tortilla tightly, keeping the filling tucked in. Place seam-side down.
  8. Wrap the rolled tortilla tightly in plastic wrap or parchment paper, twisting the ends like a candy wrapper.
  9. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to firm up the cream cheese.
  10. Unwrap and slice into 1-inch thick rounds using a serrated knife with a gentle sawing motion. Serve or pack in lunchboxes.

Notes

For best results, pat turkey slices dry with a paper towel to prevent sogginess. Chilling is essential for clean slices. These taste even better the next day as flavors meld. Store unsliced rolls wrapped in plastic wrap in the fridge for up to 3 days; sliced pinwheels keep for 2 days in an airtight container with a paper towel.
