These Quick 5-Minute Fruit and Yogurt Parfait Cups are the perfect easy healthy breakfast for busy mornings. Made with simple ingredients like Greek yogurt, fresh berries, and granola, they come together in just 5 minutes and are endlessly customizable.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup (240g) Greek yogurt, plain or vanilla, full-fat or 2%
  • 1/2 cup (75g) fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, or a mix)
  • 1/4 cup (30g) granola
  • 12 teaspoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Optional toppings: chia seeds, chopped nuts, cinnamon, nut butter

Instructions

  1. Prep your fruit (1 minute): Wash berries and pat dry. Slice strawberries into thin rounds or quarters. Leave blueberries and raspberries whole. If using frozen fruit, let sit on a paper towel for a few minutes to absorb excess moisture.
  2. Mix the yogurt (30 seconds): In a small bowl, stir together Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, and honey or maple syrup if using. Taste and adjust sweetness.
  3. Layer the base (30 seconds): Spoon about 2 tablespoons of yogurt mixture into the bottom of each cup or jar. Spread into an even layer.
  4. Add the first fruit layer (30 seconds): Scatter about 2 tablespoons of berries over the yogurt. Press them in gently.
  5. Add the crunch (30 seconds): Sprinkle about 1 tablespoon of granola over the fruit layer.
  6. Repeat the layers (1 minute): Add another 2 tablespoons of yogurt, another layer of fruit, and finish with another tablespoon of granola on top.
  7. Add final touches (30 seconds): Top with optional extras like chia seeds, cinnamon, chopped almonds, or a drizzle of honey.
  8. Serve immediately or refrigerate: Best eaten within 15 minutes of assembly, but will hold in the fridge for up to 4 hours if prepped ahead. Wait to add top layer of granola until serving.

Notes

For best results, warm berries slightly in the microwave for 15 seconds before layering to release natural juices. Toast granola at 350°F for 3-4 minutes to keep it crunchy. Don’t overmix the yogurt to prevent it from becoming watery. If meal-prepping, store granola separately and add just before serving.
