These Quick Creamy Fruit Yogurt Dippers are a simple, healthy snack made with fresh fruit dipped in Greek yogurt and frozen. Ready in just 10 minutes, they are perfect for meal prep and customizable for any diet.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt, plain or vanilla
  • 12 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional, for plain yogurt)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 large banana, sliced into 1/2-inch rounds
  • 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers (optional)
  • 1/2 cup finely shredded coconut (optional)
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)
  • 1/4 cup crushed freeze-dried strawberries (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat. Set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, combine Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, and honey or maple syrup (if using). Whisk until smooth.
  3. Wash and dry the fruit thoroughly. Pat strawberries and blueberries dry with a paper towel. Slice banana into even rounds.
  4. If using optional coatings, spread them on separate small plates or shallow bowls.
  5. Using a toothpick for small fruit or a fork for larger pieces, dip each piece of fruit into the yogurt mixture, letting excess drip off. Place on the prepared tray, spacing them about 1/2 inch apart.
  6. If using coatings, sprinkle them on immediately after placing each dipper on the tray.
  7. Freeze the tray for at least 2 hours, or until the yogurt is completely firm.
  8. Once frozen, use a spatula to lift the dippers off the parchment. Transfer to a freezer-safe container or zip-top bag, layering with parchment paper. Seal and return to the freezer.

Notes

Dry fruit thoroughly to prevent yogurt from sliding off. Work in small batches to keep yogurt from thinning. Let yogurt sit at room temperature for 10 minutes before dipping for smoother coating. For best texture, let dippers sit at room temperature for 2-3 minutes before eating. Store for up to 3 months in the freezer.
